Jaeger #31 - Ice Bolts - Part 2

Marc ramps up his vampiric speed to maximum as he speeds through the streets searching out illegal brothel after brothel. As he travels he starts to experience images from some other life, which he cannot explain. They only serve to increase his anger. When he finally reaches an apartment block owned by the gangster Braddon, he encounters thugs with super-human abilities. He manages to fight his way into the building and meets Braddon in single combat. The gangster reveals himself to be far from human, almost Marc’s equal in fighting ability. But Marc eventually manages to bite him and kill him. The hunter locates little Luke Jordan hiding in the alley beneath the building’s fire escape and reunites him with his overjoyed mother. Meanwhile, across the Atlantic in the Ice Cloud’s main research facility, Dr Glauer reveals that he is the engineer behind Braddon’s special abilities.
